Tiny Adventures IOM Delivery and Collection Policy

Effective Date: 4th April 2025

Island-Wide Delivery: We offer delivery services across the Isle of Man. An additional charge may apply depending on the delivery location.
Pre-Arrival Delivery: We aim to deliver your rental items before your start date, ensuring they are ready for use upon your arrival.
Destination Delivery: Your selected items can be delivered directly to your door or waiting at your destination, such as your hotel or accommodation.
Setup Assistance: If you're staying locally, we can deliver and set up the equipment for you, ensuring everything is ready for your arrival.

At-Home or Hotel Pick-Up: At the end of your rental period, we offer pick-up services from your home or hotel.
Douglas Drop-Off: Alternatively, you can return the items to our designated drop-off point in Douglas.

Booking Recommendations: We recommend booking as early as possible to secure availability, especially during peak travel seasons like summer and Christmas.
Product Condition: All rental items are meticulously cleaned and safety-checked before and after each rental to ensure the highest standards.
